BUSINESS TRAVEL ACCOUNT
From airline, to rail, to hotel stays, an American Express® Business Travel Account with Virtual Payments allows you to centralize, capture, and control more of your travel spending. And because it uses virtual technology to allow you to set controls and drive travelers to preferred vendors, it's a simpler way to help rein in what's going out the door.*
*Currently, to use Business Travel Account (BTA) with Virtual Payments for hotel and low cost carrier airline bookings, a third party service provider, with whom your Travel Management Company (TMC) has a separate agreement, is required to automate the distribution of virtual account numbers. American Express has chosen to work with Conferma, an unaffiliated third party, to provide virtual account number services in connection with BTA with Virtual Payments.
BUYER INITIATED PAYMENTS
Buyer Initiated Payments automates payments – within your existing invoice approval workflow – to your suppliers, helping you eliminate errors while reducing time and costs from your payments process. By controlling when you make your payments, you can manage days cash on hand as well as support your suppliers by reducing their DSO. You’ll also enjoy the data and insights you need to track spending and make smart decisions.*
*Reduction in DSO will depend on individual provider payment behavior. DSO may increase in certain instances.
American Express® CORPORATE PURCHASING CARD
The American Express® Corporate Purchasing Card not only provides employees with a convenient way to make business purchases, but it also helps your suppliers enjoy the ease and expediency of electronic payments. By eliminating the need for purchase orders, invoices, and checks, your AP department saves valuable time, while your Procurement Department gains increased visibility and a consolidated view into supplier payments —helping you make more informed decisions and uncover new savings opportunities.
VIRTUAL PAYMENTS
With Virtual Payments from American Express you can get greater control over your company’s spending. Assign a single-use account number to each transaction, set specific pre-authorization amounts, date ranges, and transaction details with a virtual payment solution designed with your business in mind. AMERICAN EXPRESS ONE AP®
American Express One AP® is an accounts payable platform designed to help you optimize your supplier payments process, drive efficiency, and provide enhanced security with unique virtual Card numbers.*

Enrollment required and fees may apply. Suppliers must be enrolled and located in the United States. Please contact your American Express representative to learn more.
*American Express One AP® may not be available to all customers. To access the service, all customers will be required to enroll their eligible U.S.-issued American Express® Business, Corporate, or Corporate Purchasing Card. There is no fee to use the service for customers electing to process only Card payments. Use of additional payment methods requires activation and a monthly platform access fee of $200 which will automatically renew each month, unless the service is canceled or all additional payments methods are deactivated, as applicable. With the monthly platform access fee, to the extent used, the first 400 check transactions and first 400 automated ACH transactions each month are complimentary, after which point a fee of $1.00 per check and $0.35 per automated ACH transaction will apply. Fees are subject to change. Sales tax on fees may apply. All fees associated with American Express One AP® will be auto billed on a quarterly basis to the first Card enrolled for the service. Customers may cancel the service or activate/deactivate additional payment methods by contacting their American Express® representative. To make a Card payment to a supplier through the service, the supplier must be an American Express accepting merchant. To learn more, please contact your American Express® representative.

SAP® Concur® and American Express helps you connect and manage your business payments with a suite of spend management solutions, giving you the control and visibility you need to manage your spending proactively. Simplify how you handle employee expenses with Concur Expense and your American Express® Business or Corporate Card. Pay eligible suppliers using your American Express® Business, Corporate Card or Purchasing Card right from within Concur Invoice by enrolling in the American Express B2B Payments App.
American Express has partnered with SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay Process, a major Source to Pay network, to deliver an end-to-end procure-to-pay solution with seamless reconciliation, spending visibility via a reconciliation file, added security and control with American Express virtual Card payments, and the ability to help improve cash flow management.*
* To pay a supplier within the SAP Ariba platform, the supplier must be an American Express accepting merchant on the SAP Ariba supplier network and agree to accept American Express virtual Card payments. Data from payment transactions made to suppliers outside the SAP Ariba supplier network will not be automatically captured or reconciled.
American Express virtual Card payments are integrated in the Coupa Pay workflow so you can conveniently make payments to suppliers directly within the Coupa platform. The platform allows you to track the steps of the automated payment process, helping to increase visibility into the status of your business payments made on an American Express product.*
* To pay a supplier within the Coupa platform, the supplier must be an American Express accepting merchant on the Coupa supplier network and agree to accept American Express virtual Card payments.
You can streamline how you pay your suppliers and make your Card work even harder for you. We’ve partnered with Synaptic, an automated accounts payable platform, so you can pay suppliers directly, save time, and take advantage of your Card benefits. In addition to enhanced efficiency and security, you can now also engage more suppliers with an additional payment method when you enroll in Synaptic Push Payments – all available in one single payment file.*

Tradeshift Go, in partnership with American Express, seamlessly integrates the ability to make and reconcile purchases using the American Express token technology. With Tradeshift Go, employees can make business related purchases and gain approval through a simple chat interface.*
